OSEA Undaria Algae Body Oil Review
When life gives you Undaria seaweed, make a batch of replenishing body oil. Maybe that isn’t everyone’s initial thought process, but I’m grateful this idea crossed someone’s mind. Ever since I discovered Undaria Algae Body Oil, I’ve been using it for everything – skincare, haircare, and any other purpose I could think of.
Here’s my completely unbiased review of OSEA’s Undaria Algae Body Oil.
About OSEA Malibu
Jenefer Palmer was so inspired by the ocean, and other natural elements that are common during life living off the Malibu Coast, that she created OSEA Malibu to pay tribute to these resources. In fact, OSEA is an acronym for the four major elements of inspiration — ocean, sun, earth, and atmosphere. Since the company launched in 1996, it has aimed to create clean, seaweed-infused skincare that respects the natural world and makes skin look and feel its absolute best.
Is it worth the hype?
From the moment I first tried OSEA Malibu’s Undaria Algae Oil, I was hooked. This is one of many reasons I feel it deserves a 5-star rating.
According to the OSEA website, Undaria Algae Oil contains the following ingredients:
- Botanical oil blend
- Grapefruit
- Linseed oil
- Rosemary
- Undaria seaweed
- White Lupin
- And more
Although Undaria Algae Body Oil by OSEA Malibu is enough to keep skin smooth on its own, I like to pair it with Beija Flor Elasti-Cream by Sol de Janeiro for extra moisturized skin.
Will I recommend OSEA Undaria Algae Body Oil to a friend?
OSEA Algae Body Oil is a hidden gem. I have yet to see a commercial or a print ad for this brand, but I’m sure it receives plenty of positive word-of-mouth (marketing), or when consumers organically share their positive experience with products or brands, with others. I say this because now that I have been introduced to this product, I want to practically tell everyone I know about the benefits of incorporating OSEA Undaria Algae Body Oil into their beauty regime.
Pros of OSEA Undaria Algae Body Oil:
- Unisex
- Clean ingredients
- Light, barely there scent
- Non-greasy
- Pairs well with body cream
- Size variety ( 5 fl oz and 1 fl oz available)
Cons of OSEA Undaria Algae Body Oil:
- Pricey
- Non-durable dispenser pump
I strongly recommend trying Undaria Algae Body oil (especially in the wintertime) because it works wonders for my skin, hair, and more.
