Since I love matcha and green tea is a staple in my diet, I knew I would love the Lemme Matcha Gummies. Not only are they bursting with flavor, but they are also highly effective. I like to take these in the morning before work and before a workout. Within 15-30 minutes, I can usually start to feel the energy surging through my body. I noticed that this product also helps boost my mood and focus levels.

For 14 days, I have been taking Sleep Tight Gummies to see if they work. Two gummies are 20 calories and contain 5mg of melatonin. It is suggested to take up to two each night. From my experience, these gummies take effect in 15 minutes, if taken as directed. To be completely honest, the flavor is not exceptional, and with a price tag of $29.99, it’s more affordable and just as effective to pick up a bottle of melatonin from your local pharmacy and pair it with a hot cup of chamomile tea.
Will I purchase the Lemme Sleep: Sleep Tight Gummies, again? Probably. After all, they are effective.
Lemme Sea: Irish Sea Moss Liquid Drops
I’ve always wanted to try taking Irish sea moss, so I was excited to see that Lemme offered it in droplet form. However, it tastes terrible. Since I’m no quitter, I committed to taking at least three drops under the tongue per day. That’s about all I could stomach. Lemme Sea Irish Sea Moss Liquid Drops:
