Gucci Flora launched its Floral Fantasy chapter and debuted two lovely floral scents: Gorgeous Gardenia and Gorgeous Jasmine. Each scent has its own distinct smell and lives up to the luxurious reputation that Gucci is known for. So which one should you buy?

I purchased them both and compared the two below, so you don’t have to. Here’s what you should know before you purchase a new Gucci Flora scent.

Since I couldn’t decide between the two, I purchased the 1 fl oz. size for both Gucci Flora scents. I conducted a study where I alternated between the two for around four months, until one ran out. Whichever fragrance ran out first could be considered my favorite or most used scent. So which one did I spray the most?

If you like Miss Dior, you will love the sweet yet floral notes in Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia. But if you’re looking for something that lingers longer with a little more earthy tones, the Gorgeous Jasmine, the one in the green bottle, would be the best one to purchase.

Gorgeous Jasmine is my favorite Gucci Flora scent because it smells feminine and clean, yet less sugary than Gorgeous Gardenia.
